See the total, the deposit, and the cancellation terms before you confirm. No surprises at checkout.
Payments run through Stripe. If a pro approves requests, your card is only charged once they accept.
Messages with your pro, reminders, receipts, and your visit history live with the appointment in the Soli app.
Available professionals and services vary by area. Each professional sets their own prices, availability, and booking policies.
You can. Soli just removes the back-and-forth: clients see your prices and open times, book in one step, and pay a deposit, so you’re not chasing anyone for a time or a payment. Clients can pay by card or Cash App Pay at checkout.
Free booking apps still have to make money, usually through card processing or a cut when they send you a new client. Soli is upfront instead: a free plan, optional paid plans, and one fee on online payments that already includes card processing (3.9%, 3.4% or 3.1% + 35¢ by plan). On Free, clients also pay a $0.99 booking fee when they pay online; Basic and Premium remove it. No extra charge for new clients, and no Soli fee on tips.
There’s no contract. Plans are billed through the App Store and you can cancel anytime in your iPhone settings. You can also pause your booking page in the app whenever you want.
Client payments go through Stripe and land in your bank every Friday, free. Your first payout can take a little longer while Stripe verifies your account.
You choose a fixed deposit, a percentage, or the full price. If you accept bookings automatically, clients pay when they book. If you approve each request, their card is held and charged only when you accept. Deposits work on every plan; on Basic and Premium you can also add a no-show or late-cancel fee.
