Soli appointment reminder texts.

Soli is a booking app for independent beauty professionals, operated by Beyond Athletics Inc., doing business as Soli. Clients who book on a professional's Soli booking page (getsoli.net/<handle>) or in the Soli app can choose to get reminder texts about their own appointments.

How you opt in

On the booking page, under Reminders, there's an unchecked, optional box. If you check it, you enter your US mobile number and agree to this wording:

Booking never requires it. We record the wording, the time, and whether you agreed on the website or in the app.

What we send

Only transactional reminders about appointments you booked, about 2 per booking. No marketing. Examples:

• Soli: Reminder - Stitch braids with Styles by Shanique tomorrow at 2:00 PM. Need to change it? Open Soli. Reply STOP to opt out.
• Soli: Stitch braids with Styles by Shanique in 2 hours, at 2:00 PM. The address is in your Soli booking. Reply STOP to opt out.

How to stop or get help

Reply STOP to any Soli text, or turn reminders off in Soli. Reply HELP for help, or email support@getsoli.net. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
