Beauty booking should feel safe.

Soli is built for respectful, genuine professional services. These expectations apply to profiles, portfolios, service images, videos, messages, reviews, and booking requests.

Be honest

Use accurate identity, service, pricing, availability, portfolio, and policy information. Do not impersonate another person, manipulate reviews, collect fraudulent payments, or post work you do not have permission to use.

Respect people and privacy

Do not harass, threaten, discriminate against, sexually exploit, shame, or expose another person's private information. Obtain permission before publishing identifiable client media.

Keep content appropriate

Do not post illegal services, hateful content, graphic violence, sexual exploitation, spam, malware, or content that infringes intellectual-property rights.

Report and block

Report concerning content using the closest report control. Blocking prevents new direct messages but does not silently erase bookings, payments, or records. Soli may hide content or restrict an account while reviewing a report.
